Ordering & turnaround times
All ReLoved by CC keepsakes are handmade with care. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before collection or delivery.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.
Collection & Delivery
Orders can be collected free of charge from the school collection point, or delivery can be selected at checkout.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

As each keepsake is made using a mixture of pre-loved uniform fabrics, care requirements may vary. To help protect your keepsake, gentle spot cleaning is recommended where possible.

Returns & Personalised Orders
I hope you love your keepsake. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can help.
Personalised or custom made items cannot usually be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
