Refund policy

At ReLoved by CC, every item is handmade with care. Many of our keepsakes are made to order, personalised, or created from pre-loved and sentimental fabrics specifically for you.

Personalised, bespoke or made to order items cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

For ready made, non personalised items, you may have the right to cancel or return your order in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact ReLoved by CC as soon as possible after receiving it so that we can help.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
