By placing an order with ReLoved by CC, you agree to the following terms.

All items are handmade and, where applicable, created using pre-loved clothing, school uniform or sentimental fabrics. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, fabric, pattern placement, stitching and appearance are to be expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Product photographs are intended to represent items as accurately as possible. Some images may have digitally enhanced or AI assisted backgrounds, lighting or presentation; however, every effort is made to ensure the keepsake itself is represented accurately.

Made to order and personalised items will be created according to the information supplied when ordering. Please check all names, wording, colours and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

Prices are shown at the time of purchase. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before your order is completed.

As our products are handmade, preparation and dispatch times may vary. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
