All ReLoved by CC items are handmade with care. As some keepsakes are made to order or personalised, preparation times may vary depending on the item and current order volume.

Delivery

Orders can be delivered within the UK. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification. Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on the delivery service used.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided when placing your order is correct.

Collection

Where available, customers may choose collection at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready and provided with the relevant collection details.

Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.
